We collect information in the following ways to provide and improve the services of the App: A. Information You Provide Directly

• Log Information: We collect the data you enter when creating a daily log, which includes the date, name of the person submitting the log, weather conditions, and any general notes.

•Employee & Jobsite Data: We collect the names of employees, names and addresses of jobsites, and the clock-in/clock-out times and tasks performed by employees at those jobsites.

•Equipment & Delivery Data: We collect information about equipment usage, including equipment type, hours used, and notes, as well as details about material deliveries, including vendors, materials, and quantity.

•Settings Information: We store your preferences, such as the email recipients for weekly reports and the time for daily reminders.B. Information Collected Automatically

•Usage and Device Information: We may collect basic information about how you use the App, such as which features you use most often, and device-specific information to help us diagnose crashes and improve performance. This data is typically aggregated and anonymized.2. How We Use Your InformationWe use the information we collect for the following purposes:

•To Provide Core App Functionality: To create, store, display, and manage your daily logs, employee hours, jobsite data, and reports.

•To Generate Reports: To calculate and generate reports as requested by you, such as the comprehensive CSV export, jobsite hours summary, and annual equipment usage report.

•To Send Automated Communications: To send the automated weekly payroll report to the email address(es) you have configured in the App's settings.

•To Maintain and Improve the App: To analyze usage, monitor performance, and fix bugs to improve the user experience.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to provide the App's functionality, or as required by law.

•With Our Backend Service Provider (Supabase): All of the data you enter into the App is stored and managed using Supabase. Supabase acts as our data processor and stores your data in a secure environment. You can view their privacy policy for more information on their security practices.

•With Our Email Service Provider (Resend): We use Resend to send the automated weekly payroll reports. The content of these reports, including employee names and hours, is passed to the Resend API for the sole purpose of delivering the email to your specified recipients.

•At Your Direction: When you use the "Export" or "Generate Report" features, you choose to create a file (CSV) containing your data. You have full control over where you save or who you share that file with.

•For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement or government authority.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All data is stored with our trusted backend provider, Supabase, which implements industry-standard security safeguards. However, no electronic storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use our service or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You can manage and delete data directly within the App's settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy within the App or on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
