Nic serves as our General Contractor, Project Manager, and hands-on Builder, bringing more than 22 years of construction knowledge and field experience. He leads every project with precision, managing details big and small, while staying personally involved on site to ensure each home reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Kim, Nic’s wife and business partner, ensures Vesta runs seamlessly behind the scenes. She manages the back-end operations, office administration, HR, and accounting, while also contributing to the design process.

From keeping projects organized to helping clients with selections, Kim makes sure each experience is as smooth as it is inspiring.
